We want every order to work the first time. If it doesn't, here is exactly what we'll do.
Eligible for a full refund
- Keys or codes you have not revealed, within 24 hours of purchase.
- Services that have not started, up to 12 hours before the scheduled session.
- Products we fail to deliver within the stated delivery window.
- Keys that don't activate and that we cannot replace.
Not eligible
- Revealed or redeemed keys and credited top-ups (unless faulty).
- Wrong Player ID entered at checkout after delivery has completed.
- Region mismatches where the product clearly listed its region.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, or instantly to your Elhadad Wallet if you prefer.
