These terms govern your use of Elhadad Store (“we”, “us”) and every purchase you make. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Digital products
All products are digital: activation keys, top-up credit, subscriptions, software licences and online services. Nothing is shipped physically. Products are licensed for personal use unless stated otherwise.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login and 2FA methods secure.
- One person per account; accounts may not be resold or shared.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse or policy violations.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only after payment is authorised. Orders can be held for review by our risk team.
4. Delivery
Each product lists its delivery type — instant, within hours, within 24 hours, manual or private custom delivery. Delivered keys appear in Account → Purchases.
5. Third-party platforms
Game publishers and platforms have their own terms. You are responsible for using purchased items in line with those terms. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Refunds

7. Private offers
Private invoice links are personal offers. They may expire, be single-use and must not be shared publicly.
